At a time when customers are generally faced with long shipping times from China and lead times for custom work in the U.S.A., Wintech International is able to offer small quantities of high quality product from open stock in their facilities in New England.

Wintech partners with many of the finest producers of flocked roll goods in North America and applies their own excellence in converting goods to create innovative products for the packing, medical, and printing industries. According to Todd, in addition to custom and contract flocking of films, foam, papers, and self-adhesive goods, the company is the largest supplier of flocked films for the medical industry in North America.

They operate a number of converting systems from manufactures such as Maxon, Mamco, Rosenthal and Custom Sheeters; in addition, they are equipped with 72" and 62" slitters/rewinders from Indev. These capabilities allow the company to convert flexible films, flocked substrates, nonwovens, foils, textiles, papers, plastics, pressure sensitive and laminates, with finished dimensions of 1/2" to 72" in width, rewind diameters up to 30", unwind diameters up to 50", and sheet sizes up to 54 x 108." This customer work is completed in 3-10 days. The latest addition to the company's capability is Computer Numeric Controlled ("CNC") die cutting -- the advantages of die cutting without the expense of creating the die.

Todd brings 29-years' experience in flocking and specialty papers and films. The company's Production Supervisor has 35 years' experience with converting of flocked products.
