35th Annual Meeting a VIRTUAL VICTORY
presenting at the AFA virtual 35th Annual Meeting
Nov 12, 2020 - The American Flock Association 35th Annual Meeting used a ZOOM format due to the Covid 19 pandemic. More than 30 participants representing 20 companies and 3 countries came together on November 12th. Presentations covered unique medical applications of flock, the current political situation in Washington and how it effects the textile industry, current tariff regulations related to flock and an inside perspective on how flocked swabs are helping in the fight against the Corona virus.
"I was really pleased with the turnout." said Chairman Raj Shah "The ZOOM format allowed attendees to participate from their home base. Several folks made positive comments about that. Who knows - this might be the wave of the future."
